This website and its content are owned by Graceful Empowerment™ (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”). Your use of this site is for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.

2. Coaching Disclaimer

Graceful Empowerment™ provides personal development coaching, leadership development services, digital programs, workshops, and self-guided frameworks.

We are not licensed therapists, psychologists, medical professionals, attorneys, or financial advisors.
All coaching services support personal and professional growth and are not a substitute for medical, legal, or financial care.

You understand that results vary based on personal commitment, implementation, and external factors.
No specific outcome is guaranteed.

3. Intellectual Property

All content—including programs, videos, courses, workbooks, designs, brand assets, frameworks (including the Grace Map™, Leadership Under Pressure™, The Clarity Effect™ architecture), and written materials—is the exclusive property of Graceful Empowerment™.

You may not share, replicate, distribute, copy, or resell any materials without express written consent.

4. Payments & Refunds

All purchases on this website are final unless otherwise stated.
Digital products, coaching sessions, workshops, VIP Days, and event fees are non-refundable.

Payment plans must be completed as agreed. You authorize Graceful Empowerment™ to automatically process scheduled payments until the balance is paid in full.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Missed appointments are forfeited.
VIP Days and workshops require 14 days’ notice for rescheduling.

Corporate contracts follow the terms outlined in the executed service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Graceful Empowerment™ is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or injuries resulting from your use of this website or participation in our offerings.

You agree to use all programs, workshops, and coaching services at your own discretion.

7. External Links

This website may include links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for third-party content, security, or practices.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
