1.  ELIGIBILITY AND WEBSITE USE

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our products or services.

This website and its content are intended for personal, lawful, noncommercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, modify, or exploit any portion of the website or its content without prior written permission.

2.  PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATIONAL DISCLAIMER

Graceful Empowerment provides personal-development resources, educational programs, decision frameworks, workshops, and related services.

Graceful Empowerment does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, accounting, investment, or financial advice. Our services are not a substitute for care or advice from a licensed professional.

You remain responsible for your decisions, actions, health, finances, relationships, and results. No specific outcome, transformation, income, or result is promised or guaranteed.

3.  DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND ACCESS

Digital products may include workbooks, videos, audio recordings, courses, prompts, frameworks, and downloadable materials.

After a successful purchase or eligible email registration, access instructions may be delivered electronically to the email address you provide. You are responsible for entering an accurate email address and checking your inbox, spam folder, and promotional folders.

If you do not receive your purchased or requested materials, contact hello@gracefulempowerment.com so we can assist you.

Your purchase provides a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the materials for your own development. You may not share login credentials, reproduce the materials, upload them publicly, resell them, teach from them commercially, or distribute them to another person or organization.

4.PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

Prices are displayed before purchase and are charged through the payment method selected during checkout.

Digital products are generally nonrefundable once access or delivery has been provided, except where:

• A duplicate charge occurred

• The purchased material cannot be accessed because of a technical problem we are unable to resolve

• A refund is otherwise required by applicable law

Workshops, programs, private engagements, and other services are governed by the refund and cancellation terms displayed at purchase or included in the applicable service agreement.

Graceful Empowerment does not impose recurring charges unless the checkout page clearly identifies the amount, frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation process before payment. Any recurring arrangement requires the purchaser’s affirmative authorization.

5.  CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

Unless a different policy appears in a written service agreement, programs, packages, workshops, and private engagements are governed by the cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms displayed at purchase or included in the applicable written agreement. When a separate written agreement exists, that agreement controls.

6.  INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content and Graceful Empowerment materials—including text, videos, audio, workbooks, designs, photographs, course content, methods, prompts, frameworks, and brand assets—are owned by or licensed to Graceful Empowerment LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Proprietary materials and marks include, without limitation:

Purchase or access does not transfer ownership or grant permission to reproduce, distribute, teach, adapt, publish, or commercially exploit these materials.

7.  EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

When you submit an email form, you may receive the resource requested, related delivery messages, and Graceful Empowerment marketing communications consistent with the description shown at signup.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in the message. Transactional emails related to a purchase or requested delivery may still be sent when necessary to complete that transaction.

8.  EXTERNAL LINKS

This website may occasionally link to third-party websites, including retailers or service providers. Graceful Empowerment does not control and is not responsible for the availability, content, privacy practices, security, products, or policies of third-party websites.

Your use of a third-party website is governed by that third party’s terms and policies.

9.  LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Graceful Empowerment LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, products, services, or third-party links.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, Graceful Empowerment’s total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. 

Any dispute will be brought before a court with appropriate jurisdiction in the State of Florida unless a separate written agreement specifies another lawful dispute-resolution process.

We may update these Terms and Conditions as the business, website, products, or legal requirements change.

The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
